How to Set Up the After-Upload Promo

The After-upload promo lets you show guests a short promo card after their first photo upload. Add your own message, logo, and links to your social media, website, or store so guests can stay connected with your brand.

The promo is shown once per guest.

Before You Start

You need to have an Event created in NINEMAGS® Live.

Step 1. Open the After-Upload Promo Settings

1. Open NINEMAGS® Live.
2. Open the Event you want to edit.
3. In the left-side menu, click After-upload promo.

Step 2. Enable the Promo

Turn on Show promo after the first upload.

Once enabled, the promo will appear after a guest uploads their first photo. It is shown only once to each guest.

Step 3. Add Your Headline and Message

Use the following fields to customize the text guests will see:

• Headline — the main title of the promo.
• Message — a short message for your guests.

For example, you can thank guests for sharing their photos and invite them to follow you or visit your store.

The preview on the right updates so you can see how the promo will look to your guests.

Step 4. Upload Your Logo

In the Logo (optional) section, upload your brand logo.

The logo is displayed in a circle above the promo headline.

Step 5. Add Your Links

In the Links section, add the destinations you want guests to visit.

Available link types include:

• My Ninemags Store
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• X
• YouTube
• WhatsApp
• Website
• Store
• Custom

For social media links, you can enter either a handle such as @name   or a full profile URL.

For the other link types, enter the web address.

You can also change the order of your links using drag to reorder.

Step 6. Add Your NINEMAGS® Store

If you have a NINEMAGS® PAGES store, click My Ninemags Store.

NINEMAGS® will automatically add the link to your store, so you do not need to enter the URL manually.

Step 7. Customize the Dismiss Text

Use the Dismiss text field to change the text guests can tap to close the promo.

Step 8. Check the Preview

Use the phone preview on the right to check how the promo will appear to your guests.

Make sure the following look correct:

• Headline
• Message
• Logo
• Links
• Dismiss text

The preview shows what guests will see after their first upload.

Good to Know

• The promo is shown once per guest.
• Changes are saved automatically. There is no separate Save button.
• Turning off Show promo after the first upload does not delete your text or links.
• If a link is invalid, it will not appear in the promo until the address is corrected.

Done!

Your guests will now see your promo card after their first photo upload.

Use it to direct guests to your social media, website, or store and stay connected with them after they interact with your Event.
