How to Customize the Ready-for-Pickup Email

You can customize the email guests receive when their prints are ready.

This helps you make the message feel more like your brand by adding your own sender name, wording, colors, and logo.

Step 1. Open the Event Settings

Open the event you want to edit.

Go to Settings.

In the Emails section, find Photos-ready email and click Edit.

Step 2. Edit the Basic Email Details

The Customize email window will open.

Here you can edit:

  • Sender name
  • Reply-to address
  • Subject
  • Headline

On the right, you will see a preview of the email.

Step 3. Edit the Message

In the Message field, enter the text you want guests to receive.

You can also use these variables in the message:

  • {eventName}
  • {photoCount}
  • {location}

These will be automatically replaced with the event details in the final email.

If you leave the message field empty, NINEMAGS will use the default wording.

Step 4. Choose an Accent Color

Use the Accent colour field to change the main highlight color used in the email.

This helps match the email to your event or brand style.

Step 5. Upload a Logo

In the Logo section, upload your logo if you want the email to look more branded.

Supported formats are:

  • PNG
  • JPG
  • WEBP
  • SVG

Important: logo changes apply immediately.

Step 6. Save Your Changes

When everything looks right, click Save.

Your customized email will now be used when guests are notified that their prints are ready.

Good to Know

  • If you leave a field empty, the default NINEMAGS wording will be used for that field.
  • The email preview helps you check how the final message will look before saving.
  • To send this email later, the guest must have an email address and their prints must be ready.

Done!

Your event now has a customized ready-for-pickup email.

Guests will receive a more branded and personalized notification when their prints are ready.
