How to Enable and Use Auto Print

What is Auto Print?

Auto Print automatically generates print sheets as customers upload their images.

Instead of manually creating print layouts, the system does it for you in real time.

When Auto Print is enabled:

Customer uploads image → Image is added to a print sheet → Sheet is generated → File appears in the Prints tab.

If Dropbox sync is enabled, those print files are automatically sent to your Dropbox as well.

Why use Auto Print?

Auto Print is ideal if you:

  • Want to print during live events
  • Need a faster workflow
  • Don’t want to manually build print sheets
  • Want to reduce mistakes
  • Prefer a hands-off process

It saves time and keeps everything running smoothly in the background.

Before You Start

Auto Print requires Dropbox to be enabled for the event.

Before enabling Auto Print, make sure:

  • Dropbox is connected in Integrations
  • Sync to Dropbox is turned ON in the event settings

If you haven’t set up Dropbox yet, please follow our guide:
