Dropbox Integration

What is it?

The Dropbox integration allows you to automatically send all files from the Prints tab of a specific event directly to your Dropbox.

Once enabled:

  • All generated print files are automatically sent to Dropbox
  • A folder is created automatically
  • No manual downloading required

Only files from the Prints tab are synced.

Why use it?

This is especially useful if you:

  • Print magnets from a separate computer
  • Want print sheets to appear instantly in Dropbox
  • Share print files with a designer or print operator
  • Want to automate your workflow
  • Don’t want to manually download print files

It removes the need to download and move files manually.


Step 1: Make sure Dropbox is connected

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Find Dropbox
  3. Confirm that it’s active

Dropbox is automatically connected when you purchase a subscription.

If you see Dropbox listed there, you're ready to use it.

Step 2: Enable Dropbox for an Event

Dropbox sync must be enabled separately for each event.


Open your Event

  1. Go to Events
  2. Select the event
  3. Click Settings

Turn on Sync

In the Dropbox section:

  1. Toggle Sync to Dropbox ON
  2. Enter a folder name in Destination Folder Name

    (example: Wedding_June_15 )

  3. Click Save Changes

What happens next?

A folder with that name will automatically be created in your Dropbox.

Every file generated in the Prints tab of that event will automatically be sent to that folder.

Only finished print files are synced.


Important Notes

  • You do NOT need to create the folder manually
  • You can name the folder anything you like
  • Sync only works if the toggle is enabled
  • Only files from the Prints tab are sent to Dropbox
  • Files are sent directly to your connected Dropbox account
