How to Set Up and Publish an Event Gallery in NINEMAGS® Live

You can create a shareable Gallery for your NINEMAGS® Live Event. Guests can view, like, upload, download, and share photos after the Event. You can also add a button that sends guests directly to your store or order page.

Before You Start

  • Create or open a NINEMAGS® Live Event.
  • Make sure photos have been uploaded to the Event if you want to use one of them as the Gallery cover.
  • Optional: Prepare a link to your store or order page if you plan to let guests place additional orders.
  1. Open NINEMAGS® Live.
  2. Go to Events.
  3. Select the Event you want to edit.
  4. Open the Gallery tab.

In the Gallery settings, you can:

  • Choose a color scheme.
  • Edit the Gallery title.
  • Edit the short text displayed above the title.
  • Add links to your social media accounts.

Step 3. Choose a Cover Image

  1. Select a cover image from the photos already uploaded to the Event.
  2. To use a different image, upload a new one.

Choose who can access the Gallery:

  • Everyone with the link — anyone with the Gallery link can view all photos.
  • Guests with personal access — guests enter their email address, phone number, or photo code to view only their own photos.

Select the option that works best for your Event.

Optional: Let Guests Order Photos

You can add an Order button to the Gallery and to each photo preview. The button sends guests directly to the store or order page you choose.

  1. Turn on Guests can order photos.
  2. Enter the link to your store or order page in the Order page link field.
  3. Enter the text you want to display on the button.
  4. Leave the button text empty to use Order prints by default.

When a guest clicks the button, your order page opens in a new tab.

  1. Turn on the Published toggle.
  2. Click the copy icon to copy the Gallery link.
  3. Open the link to check how the published Gallery looks.
  4. Share the link with your guests.

Guests can:

  • View Event photos.
  • Like photos.
  • View only the photos they liked.
  • Upload additional photos.
  • Download photos.
  • Share the Gallery.
  • Open your store or order page to order additional photos, magnets, or prints.

You can add links to your social media accounts so guests can contact you after the Event. You can also enable the Order button to send them directly to your store or order page.

Done!

Your Event Gallery is now published and ready to share with your guests.

Guests can continue viewing and interacting with their photos after the Event and place additional orders when ordering is enabled.
