Page Setup

The Online Store is your public page that customers will see. It consists of blocks (sections) that can be added, customized, and rearranged. This guide covers how to create a store, set up its appearance, and fill it with content.

Step 1. Create a Store

In the sidebar menu, click Store. In Online Store you'll see a list of your stores.

Click the + Create Theme button in the upper right corner. Enter a name and confirm creation.

Once created, the store will appear in the list. Click the menu button (three dots) next to the store and select Edit to start editing.

Step 2. Set Up the Color Scheme and Button Styles

In the store editor, the settings panel is on the left. The first thing to do is set up the overall style of your page.

Theme Settings — Color Palette

Expand the Theme Settings section in the left panel. Here you can choose from preset color palettes: Pink, Red, Purple, Black, White, and others. The palette determines the overall style of your page.

Uploader Settings — Upload Widget and Button Settings

Expand the Uploader Settings. Here you can configure:

  • Color — button and accent color (e.g., #000000 for black)
  • Buttons Border Radius — button corner rounding (e.g., 4 for slightly rounded corners)
  • Upload Providers — where customers can upload photos from: Local Files, Google Photos, URL, Camera, Dropbox, Google Drive, Facebook

Step 3. Working with Blocks (Sections)

Your page consists of a sequence of blocks (sections). They are displayed in the Sections area in the left panel. To add a new block, click + Add Section and choose the desired type.

Available block types:

Profile Hero

The main block of your page — a "profile card" with an avatar, title, and description. Social media icons are also added here.

Block settings:

  • Title — your page heading (e.g., "NINEMAGS® Pages")
  • Description — brief text below the heading
  • Avatar Image — profile picture / logo
  • Social Links — links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media

A block with a list of link buttons. Each button leads to a specified URL. Great for links to social media, messengers, and external websites.

For each link, you configure the name (button text) and URL. To add a new link, click + Add Block inside the LinkList section.

Shop Grid

A grid block displaying your products — the main store block. Products are shown with photos, names, prices, and purchase buttons.

Block settings:

  • Title — Title
  • Columns — number of columns: 1, 2, or 3 (selected from the dropdown)
  • Show Product Description — toggle to display the product description below the card

Media Grid

A block with image tiles. Each tile is an image that can be assigned a link. Great for banners, galleries, and visual menus.

For each item, you can configure:

  • Image — upload an image via Choose Asset
  • Link URL — the link the tile leads to (optional)

Step 4. Save and Preview the Result

After setting up all blocks, click the Save button in the upper right corner of the editor. Next to it, there's an external link icon — click it to open a preview of your page in a new tab.

In the preview, you'll see your page exactly as customers will see it: Profile Hero with avatar, links, products in the chosen layout, and media tiles.

Step 5. Publish the Store

To make the store accessible at your domain, you need to publish it. Go to Store, click the menu (three dots) next to the store, and select Publish. The status will change to Live.

To unpublish the store (e.g., for testing), select Unpublish — the status will change to Draft.

⚠️ Important for Testing

Test products (with the Test badge) are only displayed in stores with Draft status. If you want to test a purchase, make sure the store is in Draft status, not Live. For more details, see the "Testing and Placing Orders" guide.

Done!

Your page is set up and ready to go. You can always return to the editor via Store → Edit to modify blocks, add new sections, or update content.
