How the Upload Page Works for Guests

What guests can do on the upload page

This guide explains what actions guests can perform after opening the upload page and interacting with their photos.

Uploading a photo

Guests can upload photos using the available upload methods:

  • Camera — take a photo directly from the device
  • Gallery — upload an existing photo from the device

The available options depend on the event settings.


After a photo is uploaded

Once a photo is uploaded, guests can interact with it before saving:

Editing a photo

Guests can edit their photo using built-in tools:

  • Crop — adjust framing and composition
  • Rotate — rotate the image if needed
  • Reposition — move the image within the frame
  • Adjust layout — fit the photo to the print area

All edits are applied before saving.


Duplicating a photo

Guests can create a duplicate of the uploaded photo.

This is useful if they want:

  • Multiple prints of the same photo
  • Different crops or edits from one original image

Each duplicate is treated as a separate photo.


Deleting a photo

Guests can delete a photo at any time before saving.

Once deleted:

  • The photo is removed from the upload list
  • It will not be printed or processed
