How to Configure Image Presets
This guide explains how to use Image Presets to automatically adjust uploaded photos for your event. Image presets help standardize photo brightness and contrast before printing or processing.
What Are Image Presets?
Image Presets are automatic image adjustments that are applied to all photos uploaded to an event.
They are useful when:
- Guests upload photos from different phones
- Lighting conditions vary
- You want more consistent print quality
- You want to reduce manual photo editing
Step 1 — Open Image Presets Settings
- Open your event.
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- Scroll to the Image Presets section.

Step 2 — Enable Image Presets
Turn on Enable Image Presets.
Once enabled, all uploaded photos will automatically receive the selected adjustments.

Step 3 — Adjust Brightness
Use the Brightness slider to control how light or dark uploaded photos appear.
- Higher values → brighter images
- Lower values → darker images
Recommended use:
- Increase brightness for dark indoor events
- Avoid extreme values to prevent overexposure

Step 4 — Adjust Contrast
Use the Contrast slider to control the difference between light and dark areas.
- Higher contrast → sharper, more vivid images
- Lower contrast → softer images
Recommended use:
- Slightly increase contrast for better print clarity
- Avoid very high contrast for portraits

Step 5 — Preview the Result
On the right side, you will see a live preview image that updates as you change brightness and contrast.
Use this preview to:
- Check skin tones
- Check highlights and shadows
- Ensure images will look good when printed
