NINEMAGS Live Interface Overview


Where to find things and what each section does

When you open NINEMAGS Live, you’ll see the main interface of the app. Below is a clear overview of all main sections and what they are used for.


Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main overview page of NINEMAGS Live. It shows general information about all your events in one place.

On the Dashboard you can see:

Key metrics:

  • Total Sales — total sales amount across all events (if sales are used)
  • Pictures Uploaded — total number of photos uploaded by guests
  • Total Events — number of events created
  • Printed Sheets — number of print-ready sheets generated

Event calendar:

  • Shows past, current, and upcoming events
  • Helps you quickly understand when events happened or will happen

Uploads Over Time chart:

  • Shows how photo uploads change over time
  • Useful for understanding guest activity
  • This chart is for viewing only, not for managing uploads

The Dashboard is for overview and analytics, not for managing individual events.


Events

The Events section is where you manage your events as items.

Here you can:

  • create a new event
  • see all existing events
  • edit an event
  • delete an event
  • sort events (by created date, event date, status, or name)
  • search for events

filter events by status:

  • All
  • Upcoming
  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • Finished

Important:

  • You cannot manage guest photo uploads here
  • Photo uploads are managed inside each individual event

Templates

The Templates section is one of the most important parts of NINEMAGS Live.

A Template is a complete set of event settings that you can reuse.

In a template you can configure:

  • print sheet size
  • number of images per sheet
  • photo shape and photo size
  • welcome screen design
  • photo upload limits
  • auto-print settings
  • other event-related settings

When creating a new event, you can select a template and avoid setting everything up from scratch.


Integrations

The Integrations section is where you manage connected services.

Here you can:

  • check integration status (for example, Dropbox)
  • see whether the integration is connected correctly
  • make sure your storage is ready for final files

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base contains all guides and instructions for using NINEMAGS Live.

This is a help section you can return to at any time.

All Apps

The All Apps section lets you switch between different NINEMAGS applications.

Here you’ll find:

  • NINEMAGS Uploader — the Shopify-related app
  • NINEMAGS Live — the app for live events
  • NINEMAGS Site — a future product (currently not available)

Uploader

The Uploader menu item opens the NINEMAGS Uploader app.

Important to understand:

  • Uploader is a separate app
  • It is used to connect your Shopify store to NINEMAGS
  • This is where the connection form, app installation, and authorization steps live
