Assigning a Template to a Product

NINEMAGS templates are not assigned automatically to products.

Each product that should support image uploads must have a template assigned manually.

This rule applies to any product that uses NINEMAGS customization.

Where the template is assigned

Template assignment is done inside the NINEMAGS app.

Path:

Shopify Admin → Apps → NINEMAGS → Products

How to assign a template to a product

Follow these steps for each product that should work with NINEMAGS:

1. Open NINEMAGS → Products
2. Click Select Product

3. Choose the required product

   Select all variants that:

• use the same customization logic
• (same image rules, same layout, same behavior)

4. Click Select

Assigning the template

After selecting the product, you will be taken to the Manage Product Settings page.

1. Find the Product Template field

2. Choose the required Shopify template

   (for example: ninemags_template  )

3. Save the changes
