To access the app settings:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin
  2. Open Apps
  3. Select NINEMAGS

After opening the app, you will see the NINEMAGS menu on the left side.

App Menu Overview

The NINEMAGS app menu includes several sections:

  • Products — product-specific upload settings
  • Orders — uploaded files and customer orders
  • Stacks — stacked print file management
  • Troubleshooting — diagnostics and support tools
  • Settings — general app and shop settings
  • Localization — language and regional settings

This guide focuses on Settings.

Settings

To open app settings, click Settings in the left menu.

The settings page is divided into several blocks.

Shop Settings

This block contains general shop information used by the app.

What you can set here:

  • Shop domain

Must match your actual Shopify domain.

If it’s incorrect, the app may not work properly.

  • Shop name

Used internally and for display inside the app.

  • Logo URL

The logo shown in the NINEMAGS app interface.

Make sure the domain and logo URL are correct before saving.

Printing Settings

This section controls how print files are generated.

Label

Defines label layout and preview used for print files.

Text

Controls text appearance on print layouts.

  • Option to use white text on a black background for better contrast.

Stacks

  • Use stacks — enables stacking logic for print-ready files.

These settings affect how final print files are prepared for production.

Email & Find Order Page

This block controls customer communication and the order lookup page.

Email address

Defines from which email address customers receive emails.

This email is used when:

  • A customer buys using Buy Now – Upload Later
  • The app sends a link to upload images after purchase

Find Order Page

Controls the page where customers can find their order and upload images.

You can customize:

  • Page URL
  • Theme color
  • Button border radius

This helps match the page style with your brand.

Upload Providers

This section defines how customers can upload images.

You can enable or disable upload sources such as:

  • URL
  • Camera
  • Dropbox
  • Facebook
  • Google Drive
  • Google Photos

Only the selected providers will be available to customers during upload.

If no Upload Providers are selected,

all upload options will be available by default for customers.

After making any changes in the settings,

make sure to click Save in the top-right corner of the page to apply them.

Changes are not saved automatically.
